I went along to Pinkston’s Winter Wellness Festival on Saturday 8th Feb. What a fantastic morning! My group started with meditation in a teepee, then a sauna/cold water dip, a hygge with mulled wine and cake, and finished off with a yoga session. It was a great way to unwind, but could also be part of a health kick or even as an introduction to the different wellness activities. The sauna/cold water was the highlight!
